About

I am a PhD candidate in Business Administration, with specialization in Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship, at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. I study organizational network performance and network dynamics, with a particular interest in interorganizational efforts to address large-scale problems, or Grand Challenges, such as healthcare reform in the US.

My dissertation research is situated at the network level, examining why similar network structures may perform differently, and whether formalizing network relationships is a means to better collective performance. I study these questions in the context of Medicare Accountable Care Organizations, which emerged as a result of the Affordable Care Act and continue to try to increase the value of healthcare delivery.
